Job Title: Full-Time Tour
Guide for Beijing tours and cultural programs
Job Description:
The full-time tour guide is mainly responsible for guiding CCC’s
regularly scheduled tours in Beijing (at least 3-4 tours per week
most of the time). The guide will also lead some more difficult
tours after a training period, and will often serve as translator
for lectures, classes, and programs. The guide is responsible for
ensuring smooth delivery of the tours, including collecting payments,
communicating with customers, handling any problems that arise during
a tour, etc. The guide must prepare before each tour by learning
the necessary material, practicing that material during dry runs,
following other seasoned tour guides to learn and observe, etc.
The full-time tour guide will also spend time on office tasks, including
customer service during busy periods, preparing handouts and notes
for tours, and assisting in the creation of an archive of tour photos,
transcripts, handouts, etc. The guide must be a professional and
friendly representative of CCC during frequent interactions with
customers.
Required Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Good presentation skills and a commanding presence in front of
a group
* Flexible schedule (the job requires you to work 4 weekdays and
1 weekend day each week, and also requires occasional early mornings
and late nights)
* Professionalism

Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of working experience
* Experience as a presenter and/or teacher
* Experience working with westerners
* Strong interest in Chinese cultural programs

职位描述：
* 担任全国文化旅游和考察的领队; 或北京文化游或活动的带队和翻译。
* 每周五天工作日（9am－6pm），但平日工作四天； 周末工作一天。每周五天上班时间内一半时间带队，一半时间在办公室做研究和旅游或课程的准备工作。

平均年龄在35－50岁。
* 本职位和一般意义上的导游性质不同，不需要具备导游证或导游经验， 公司会专门培训
* CCC提供和社会其他正规公司一样的工资、保险和福利待遇。
职位要求;
1. 突出的英文水平， 尤其强调突出的英文口语能力
2. 至少3年以上的工作经验，有外企、使馆或国际组织工作经验者优先
3. 对中国文化有浓厚的兴趣，具备归纳总结和编辑文化课题和演讲的能力。
4. 超强的沟通、组织和协调能力
5．性格外向，气质佳，有个人魅力和感染力。
